Contract: The contract for a short-term holiday rental shall be between the holidaymaker and the property owners. The contract will be entered into when the Property owners issue the confirmation letter. Payment: For a booking made more than 6 weeks before your holiday starts, a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total cost of your holiday is required. The balance of monies due is payable to the owners no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking Cancellation: You should notify us immediately should you consider it necessary to cancel your holiday. Every effort will be made to re-let the cottage, and if we are successful, you will receive a refund, less the deposit and an administrative charge of £50 per booking. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting the cottage you will be liable to pay the full cost of the holiday, whether or not the final balance has been paid at the time of cancellation. We recommend that you arrange your own holiday cancellation insurance. Damage: The holidaymaker shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and is responsible for leaving the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition as found at the beginning of the rental. Responsibility is to include all furnishings, utensils, crockery and linen. The holidaymaker is responsible for all damage or breakages which must be notified to the property owner immediately. Sleeping capacity:
The property sleeps four persons and this is the maximum occupancy. Access: The property owners or their representative shall be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay. Pets: We regret that strictly no pets are permitted. However we can supply details of local kennels/catterys if required. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Complaints: If you have any complaints or problems during your stay please contact the owners. Liability and descriptions: The use of holiday accommodation and any facilities is entirely at the holidaymaker's own risk and no liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury sustained during the holiday to any member of the party, or personal belongings. Every effort has been made to ensure that the description of Woodman's Cottages and any other descriptions contained in the brochure and website pages are correct. We reserve the right to make modifications to the cottage specifications that are considered necessary.
